SAMELYON

The SAMELYON compound is located at the foot of the Rila mountain, at 960 m above sea level, on the outskirts of the town of Samokov and in close proximity to the Iskar river. This location offers a southern exposure, with a view of the mountain and easy access to the winter resort of Borovets, just 10 km away.

The establishment creates modern conditions for training and recovery (at the sports rehabilitation facility), combined with the modern idea of a comfortable living. The sports facilities include a sports hall for 3,000 people along with several smaller training halls, and will serve as a main base of the “Rilski Sportist” basketball teams of all age groups.

The hotel part contains different types of 4-star rooms and apartments, a conference center and a SPA facility with two large, both indoor and outdoor, pools. The housing estate consists of single-family homes and apartment row houses.
