BKLV

The project is based on the merging of two land plots into one, expressed in the meeting of two main materials – stone and wood. The volumes gradate from one materiality into another, as the flesh of the stone seems to be disappearing into the volumes of the more ethereal wooden texture. The corners of the building are chamfered to reduce the overall sense of monolithic bulkiness created by thе 7-storey structure. This project of a multi-family residential building brought together the L6 studio team and Miroslav Zhelyazkov.
