ART CHIC

A new home needs rearrangement of the spaces and their functionality. A special selection of furniture, high-quality materials and good ideas creates a high-end air. The entrance to the living area on the ground floor is organised as a part of the dining room and kitchen. A fire burns in the fireplace behind the dining table. A scorched armchair and chandelier give the room a touch of irony, along with the kitchenette in bright red behind the shining extractor hood. The floor is in a walnut, almost black colour, the walls are white. Thus a black-and-white setting dominates the scene. The living area is at the level of the ground, with a direct link to the yard, offering a view of Vitosha Mountain. The trendy, breathing interior has an art air. Above the sofa, the 15 lights of the ‘spider lamp’ illuminate a ‘trophy’ deer head… made of polystyrene. Upstairs there are bedrooms with bathrooms and a big terrace. A 7-metre-long wardrobe sets the bedroom scene. The wallpaper tells a ‘love’ story in an archaic French typeface. The bathrooms are white, except for the children’s one, with colourful circles scattered everywhere.
